Rates

Winter Rates (Oct - March)

$100/day (2 nights minimum) + $50 cleaning fee
$500/week + $50 cleaning fee
$650/month (Oct - March) + utilities + deposit (3 months minimum)

Summer Rates (April - Sept)

$125/day (2 nights minimum) + $50 cleaning fee
$600/week + $50 cleaning fee
$750/month (April - Sept) + utilities + deposit (3 months minimum)

Check in/check out times

Check in: 2 p.m.
Check out: 11 a.m.

Deposit Fees

A 50 percent deposit fee is required when the registration is made. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your arrival date.

Cancellations

**ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING – E-MAIL, FAX or CERTIFIED MAIL.

For reservations cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, the full rental deposit will be returned minus a cancellation fee of $50.

Cancellations received 29-15 days prior to arrival: 1/2 of the rental deposit is forfeited.

Cancellations received 14-8 days prior to arrival: the full rental deposit is forfeited.

For reservations cancelled 7 days (or less) prior to date of arrival, the guest is responsible for the amount of the entire cost of the booking. If we are able to rebook all or a portion of your dates, the remaining balance will be given as a credit toward a future stay.

Payment

Money order, cashier's check, personal check, or credit card payment through PayPal is accepted.

Please enjoy our home and leave it as you found it. A minimum fee of $50 will be charged for excessive cleaning. Sorry, no pets or smoking.
